If you wish to narrow the list to one category, you can select the category from the menu bar (currently shows ALL) in the picture below.

The menu bar at the top of the screen has links to several other screens.

To record medicine taken or skipped, long click on the item in the list, then select from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
